Collection, processing and storage of Loadport users personal data information www.loadport.eu 

As of 25th of May 2018, the European Union begins to imply a General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The purpose of this regulation is to unify the policies of the EU member states, related to the collection and the use of personal data. Its purpose is to guarantee the right of inviolability and personal data protection.

Collection, storage and processing of personal information, necessary for the provision of services and the use of the online platform www.loadport.eu , is achieved in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and the European Law for personal data protection (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 / GDPR). 

Individuals who have provided their personal information for the purpose of using the platform’s services www.loadport.eu, have the right to access this information at any time. They can also update their personal information, or seek its removal. Obliteration is executed through an explicit and unambiguous desire for that, addressed in writing to Loadport EOOD. Personal data is collected, processed and stored legally and in good faith, solely for the purpose of the platforms use by its users. 

In regards to collection, processing and storage of personal data: 

Loadport EOOD collects and processes your personal data in connection to the provision of services and the conclusion of transportation contracts through the platform Loadport, based on art.6, par.1, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and in more details based on the following: 

  • Explicit consent by you, as a user;
  • Implementation of contractual obligation for transportation services, executed through the online platform “Loadport”. 
  • Legal obligations compliance, applied to Loadport EOOD. 

 

Loadport EOOD uses: 

1.  Cookies for the user’s identification and retention of the user’s session. 

2.  Third side cookies – only for Goggle Analytics 360 and Google Analytics 

“Special personal data” of the user is not collected and/or processed. This includes exposure of race and ethnical background, political opinion, religious and philosophical interpretations, trade union memberships, genetic data processing, biometric data for an individual’s unique identification, health-related data, or data related to an individual’s sexual life or sexual orientation. 

 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION 

When registering, the information you will be asked to provide, will solely be needed for the service offered by the platform. You will be asked to provide: contact information (e-mail and telephone number); company information (UIC), etc. A part of the required information is mandatory, another part is optional. All of this is indicated on, upon registration. 

 

HOW WILL PROVIDED PERSONAL INFORMATION BE USED AND WHO HAS ACCESS TO IT?

The collected information’s purpose is to ease the linkage between a sender individual and a service provider. When a transportation deal is concluded, data you have registered with, like phone number, e-mail, etc., will only be send to your counterparty on this deal. This information will not be exported or made available to any third parties or organizations, without your explicit consent, except cases intended by the Bulgarian or European legislation, or because of proven misuse of personal information. Personal information will not be used in regards to decision making, based on automatic processing and profiling, as well as for direct marketing. 

 

HOW LONG WILL PROVIDED INFORMATION BE STORED?

The provided information will be stored in our database, until the user specifically requires closure of his/her account and deletion of his/her personal data. 

 

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS 

As a personal data administrator, Loadport EOOD, undertakes all necessary technical and organizational measures, in order to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized access, modification or dissemination, as well as other unlawful forms of processing.  

Measurements are pursuant will the latest technological achievements and provide a level of protection that corresponds to the risks associated with processing and nature of data that needs to be protected. 

 

PROFILE UPDATE 

At any time you can edit your profile’s information from “Edit Profile”. This option is only available for registered users. In order to prevent any abusive actions, Loadport EOOD preserves the right to seek written confirmation, as well as additional documentation for the desired changes. 

 

IS THE USERS BEHAVIOR BEING MONITORED? 

Website users, registered as sender individuals initiate freight auctions. Loadport’s employees periodically or by incoming signal, will review the content of those auctions, in order to make sure that they correspond with the website’s terms and conditions.
